Morning Meadows Proposed Development - Revised Area Plan
Dear Resident-
As of August 30th, 2023, the Rolwes Co. has submitted a revised area plan for its proposed Morning Meadows development. The revised plan will be considered by the Board of Alderman at its upcoming Sept. 6th Meeting. At this time there is no expectation that it will be remanded back to Planning and Zoning, but feel free to review and reach out individually to board members with your thoughts or concerns.
