Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting - Amended Agenda
Due to the unusually large meeting agenda for Wednesday's Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting, the Commission has decided to move up its start time to 6:00p.m. to give ample time for consideration and discussion of the evening's agenda items.
Because the items for Public Hearing have been previously posted for 7:00p.m. and must be posted 15 days in advance, those agenda items will remain on the agenda for 7:00p.m. All other possible agenda items have been moved forward to the 6:00p.m. hour, including Public Comments. Those wishing to speak at the Public Hearings, will still be able to speak when the hearings begin at 7:00p.m.
