Notice is hereby given that the City of Dardenne Prairie, Missouri, will conduct public hearings before the Planning and Zoning Commission on Wednesday, February 10, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as same may be heard, and before the Board of Aldermen on Wednesday, February 17, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as same may be heard, at the City of Dardenne Prairie City Hall located at 2032 Hanley Road in Dardenne Prairie, Missouri, concerning the following:
Rezoning Request and P.U.D. Request – Area Plan

Property Location: The approximate 4.86 acres of the land commonly known as 2247 Post Road and the western most 67.40 feet of the approximate 100-foot-wide tract of land commonly known as 2231 Post Road and being more particularly described in the Rezoning Request and the P.U.D. Area Plan rezoning application received by the City on January 8, 2021, on file with the City Clerk.
