Dardenne Prairie Launches New User-Friendly Website
[Dardenne Prairie, MO – June 1, 2020] The City of Dardenne Prairie has launched a new website that will make it easier to access information about the community, upcoming events, local businesses, recreation programs, government documents and more.
Since more than 60 percent of users are accessing the site from their tablets and phones, creating a site that was user-friendly was a top priority. The new site is also designed to be quick and easy to navigate. Mega Menus eliminate the need for drop-down navigation, making information more accessible. On the home page, users will find City news, FAQ’s, quick links to City departments, information about upcoming events, resources for opening a new business and other topics of interest. Visitors to the website will also have the option to sign-up to receive text alerts when a page they follow is updated.
This week’s launch marks the first significant update to the City of Dardenne Prairie’s website since 2016. Other new features include:
“Our redesigned website is really designed to make it easy for users to find everything they need to live, work and play in Dardenne Prairie,” said Mayor David C. Zucker. “Visitors can explore local businesses, register for upcoming recreation programs, keep up-to-date with City government and even take a virtual tour of our City, all in one convenient location.”

- An enhanced “available buildings and sites” function, which will help users learn more about available property in the City of Dardenne Prairie
- A new document center, which makes government information easily accessible
- A translator function, which gives users the ability to translate the site into more than 100 languages
