NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the City of Dardenne Prairie, Missouri, will conduct a Public Hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as same may be heard, at the City of Dardenne Prairie City Hall located at 2032 Hanley Road in Dardenne Prairie, Missouri, and before the Board of Aldermen on Wednesday, August 18, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as same may be heard, at the City of Dardenne Prairie City Hall located at 2032 Hanley Road in Dardenne Prairie, Missouri, concerning proposed amendments to various provisions of Chapter 405 of the Municipal Code of the City of Dardenne Prairie, Missouri, pertaining to the regulation of zoning, land use, signage, parking, architectural standards, procedural requirements and other related matters and also the following:
