NOTICE OF INTENT TO ESTABLISH ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF

NEWLY ANNEXED PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given that the City of Dardenne Prairie, Missouri, Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to consider the following on Wednesday, March 10, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as same may be heard, at the City of Dardenne Prairie City Hall located at 2032 Hanley Road in Dardenne Prairie, Missouri.  The Planning and Zoning Commission may recommend, and the Board of Aldermen may enact by ordinance, the zoning classification for the newly annexed properties briefly described, as follows:
