PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the City of Dardenne Prairie, Missouri, will conduct a Public Hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission on Wednesday, February 10, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as same may be heard, at the City of Dardenne Prairie City Hall located at 2032 Hanley Road in Dardenne Prairie, Missouri, and before the Board of Aldermen on Wednesday, February 17, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as same may be heard, at the City of Dardenne Prairie City Hall located at 2032 Hanley Road in Dardenne Prairie, Missouri, concerning (1) amendments to Section 405.180 and other provisions of Chapter 405 of the Municipal Code of the City of Dardenne Prairie, Missouri, pertaining to zoning and land use regulations in the “C-1” Local Commercial District and other zoning Districts to allow for a mix of commercial and residential uses in certain zoning districts in the City and (2) the following:
