REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS

Notice is hereby given that the City of Dardenne Prairie, Missouri, will receive sealed bids at the City Hall located at 2032 Hanley Road, Dardenne Prairie, Missouri, until 2:00 p.m., local time, on Wednesday, June 17, 2020, for the “Dardenne Prairie Athletic Complex” project at which time all bids for the project will be publicly opened and read.

This project contemplates the construction of a maintenance building, a restrooms and storage building, baseball fields, dugouts, pickleball courts, parking areas, site lighting, public utility extensions, pedestrian facilities, and other general construction work. 

An optional pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., local time, on Wednesday, June 3, 2020, at the City Hall.

Complete digital project bidding documents will be available at www.questcdn.com beginning May 27, 2020.  At that time, you may download the digital documents for $15.00 by inputting Quest project number eBidDoc # 7111667 on the QuestCDN projects search page.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, offers, or proposals submitted, and to advertise for new bids.
